    Dawn created a first-of-its-kind funding model for climate tech as the Founding CEO of Elemental Excelerator. She is a widely recognized advocate for solutions at the intersection of climate and social equity, and also sits on the board of climate tech SPAC Climate Real Impact Solutions II and founded Women in Renewable Energy.

    Mike is an experienced climate tech VC, having spent a nearly a decade with the Westly Group. His Westly track record of 10 investments has raised over $2B in follow-on funding, and includes successful exits like Simple Energy and Honest Buildings. He has also coached 75+ startups and investors through capital strategy and execution, including Elemental and Generate Capital. 

  • Ramsay Siegal

    Ramsay Siegal

    Ramsay worked with Elemental Excelerator for 6 years, operating one of the world’s largest climate tech portfolios and leading practice areas such as dealflow, due diligence, and corporate partnerships. Prior to Elemental, Ramsay was at eMeter, a smart metering startup acquired by Siemens in 2011. She began her career in solar developing early commercial-scale PPAs.

    Matt has over a decade of experience in climate technology, most recently helping develop Elemental’s partnership program with corporations like ENGIE and NextEra. Prior to Elemental, he helped Advanced Microgrid Solutions raise a $34M Series B and $200M of project finance, and worked in corporate venture capital.

    Austin brings a background spanning finance, climate tech, and public service. Prior to Earthshot, he ran operations for TerraVerde and Soligent. He was also Boston’s Chief Sustainability Officer, setting the strategy for how the City reduced emissions and prepared for climate change.

    Garrett's background in analytics brings a data-driven approach to our efforts across sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support. Prior to Earthshot, Garrett led data science for Dropbox's activation, web, and desktop platforms, and applied economics to corporate litigation at Cornerstone Research.

    Brianna is a Bay Area native and has a decade of experience running projects and programs with strategic partners. She coordinates key elements of Earthshot’s operational backbone and enables the investing team to move quickly and efficiently.

    Sundeep is a long-time climate investor, and Venture Partner for Earthshot Ventures. He previously co-founded three companies (all exited), a climate accelerator called Silicon Climate, wrote & published the novel Haline, and produced Last Glimpse, a pilot about rising sea levels in the Maldives.

    Frances splits her time between Launch Alaska and Earthshot Ventures, where she focuses on sourcing, deal diligence, and connecting portfolio companies with the fund's LPs and partners. Prior to Launch Alaska, she was a member of the Campus Design Team at Google.

    Gabriel splits his time between Earthshot Ventures and Elemental Excelerator, where he leads the Energy and Mobility portfolio. Prior to Elemental, Gabriel grew mobility startups such as Lime, Zipcar, and Chariot, and was a strategist at Frog Design.

    Isaac is the CEO of Launch Alaska, Alaska’s first business accelerator, focused on funding scaleable startups across food, water, transportation and energy. He is also the fund manager for Launch Alaska Fund II – a venture fund that invests in the accelerator’s cohort companies.
